How do I use LeanElite for the best results?

After first assessing your individual tolerance (instructions are on the bottle), you'll simply take 4 capsules with breakfast and 4 capsules with lunch each day. If you're planning to work out on a particular day, take one of your LeanElite servings half an hour before training. Do not take LeanElite within 8 hours of bedtime.
