2) Get lean with protein.

No nutrient is more important to the body than protein. It is required to build lean muscle, maintain immune functioning, create enzymes, and produce healthy blood.

Consuming protein is one of the best ways to burn body fat for two reasons. First, protein is necessary to grow and maintain muscle tissue. Since muscle is metabolically active, having more muscle tissue increases your body's metabolic rate.

The fact of the matter is that you don't need any extra ways to burn body fat if you simply consume enough protein.

3) Sleep.
